Most often we are directly involved in our transactions. However, occasionally there are cases when the buyer (for instance), is buying a business directly from a seller and doesn’t feel like he wants total representation, just consulting. We do offer consulting for our clients, price vary depending on the complexity of the request.
In addition to consulting we offer value coaching services. We work with sellers months or years before they go on the market to help achieve the best sale price by increasing key drivers of value. We encourage sellers to take our value driver test to see what ares could be improved prior to selling.
