Community Business Brokers will refund your order with a 5% deduction towards transaction charges if the following circumstances are met:

In case Community Business Brokers is unable to approve or retain your profile on our website after submission of the required verification documents by the user, due to our belief that it will improve the quality of the website, we provide a refund on a pro-rata basis post deduction of a 5% transaction charge. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, edit, or delete a profile even after submission.

However, please note that we will not provide a refund in the following circumstances:

We do not guarantee introductions or deal closures, and we do not issue refunds for the same. We recommend you use our free plans and try our services and processes before subscribing to a paid plan.

We will not provide any refunds if the user changes their mind or fails to use their profile or furnish verification proof to back its claims.

If we believe that the user is abusing Community Business Brokers in any way or intentionally furnishing false information, we may terminate the account and retain the entire fees paid by the user. In such a situation, the user shall not be entitled to seek a refund.

To raise a refund request, please send an email to info@communitybusinessbrokers.com from your registered email address, stating the invoice number, payment date, amount, and reason for the refund request. We will review the case within 3 business days and issue a refund if applicable, as per our refund policy.

Please note that refunds are credited back to the original payment method used by the user, and depending on the mode of payment, it may take between 5-15 days for the credit to reflect in your card or account.
